This quick and easy appetizer can be done in just a couple, simple steps using luxurious products found right here at The French Kitchen.

  • Grill Pan
  • Bread Knife



  • Slice your baguette into approximately 1 inch thick slices, cutting at a 45° angle to make longer pieces.
  • Over medium high heat, add duck fat to your grill pan.
  • Toast the bread in the duck fat for approximately 2 minutes per side. Be sure to not move them around too much in order to get those lovely grill marks.
  • Spread duck mousse over toasted bread and top with seasonal berries.
  • That's it!
