What the DUCK?! Crostinis
This quick and easy appetizer can be done in just a couple, simple steps using luxurious products found right here at The French Kitchen.

Equipment
- Grill Pan
- Bread Knife
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Tbsp Duck Fat
- ¼ cup Duck Mousse
- 8 Seasonal Berries
Instructions
- Slice your baguette into approximately 1 inch thick slices, cutting at a 45° angle to make longer pieces.
- Over medium high heat, add duck fat to your grill pan.
- Toast the bread in the duck fat for approximately 2 minutes per side. Be sure to not move them around too much in order to get those lovely grill marks.
- Spread duck mousse over toasted bread and top with seasonal berries.
- That's it!
