Bonjour from Quebec!
Bonjour Colorado Springs from Quebec City! Our chocolate chip cookies traveled again and made it to Canada for the first time. I took the Cookie Master Emie to Quebec City to visit a University she might be interested in.
I believe the best fun fact of the university we learned is that they have underground tunnels to travel during the winter and the outside track gets transformed into a winter playground once snow settles.
This city reminds me a lot of Europe: easy to walk around the city, seeing people dining on outside patios, older buildings, and fun, creative vibes inside restaurants and cobblestones.
Food-wise, we had to try a poutine and we also got to try a Maple Syrup Creme Brulée that was pretty incredible.
