Slice your baguette into approximately 1 inch thick slices, cutting at a 45° angle to make longer pieces.
Over medium high heat, add duck fat to your grill pan.
Toast the bread in the duck fat for approximately 2 minutes per side. Be sure to not move them around too much in order to get those lovely grill marks.
Spread duck mousse over toasted bread and top with seasonal berries.
